Computer Suddenly Dead (Do not want to turn on)? Try These Tips!

I have had several friends arrival (customer) that computer dead, will not turn on at all or sometimes only until the initial appearance and then stops / hangs. To find out and solve the computer problems, there are some tips that can be done, according to the problems faced.

Computers are dead / hangs before entering the operating system can be various causes. Here are tips that I've practiced and almost always successful. Choose appropriate to the problems faced, or do it gradually.

• Check cables, ranging from cables that go to the UPS / Stabilizer, Power cable to the Monitor, Monitor cable to the CPU and the cable that goes to the computer. Ensure compliance and tight installation, and there is electrical current and enough. 
• If there is a CD-ROM / DVD-ROM and can be opened / closed, then there is the possibility of problems in the computer (CPU), ranging from the power cable that goes to the motherboard or the motherboard itself, check the installation of the cable.  
• If the two steps above have been checked, and still not turn on, turn off the computer and reset the BIOS on the motherboard. It can be seen in the motherboard manual, and find the Reset BIOS menu. Usually to reset the BIOS to do the Jumper 1 (JP1). There is a 3 pin, the two of which are associated with a small connector. To reset, just remove and put in the other 2 pins. For example, the 3 pins 1,2,3 and pins 1 and 2 are connected, then off to reset and put on pins 2 and 3. Allow about 30 seconds or so and then return to normal. Turn on the computer. 

• If the BIOS has been reset and still does not turn on , try out the CMOS battery , which is on the motherboard . Let stand about 1 minute , then plugged back in and turn on the computer . If the battery is quite long , more than 3 years , it's good to be replaced with a new one . Moreover, if the clock on the computer is often not suitable.
•  If the fan Processor / VGA spinning , but the computer is still not lit , then chances are there is something wrong with the motherboard BIOS or motherboard is damaged . May need to update the BIOS , but before the update , the computer must be on ( enter BIOS ) first. To do that , try to unplug the hard drive , CD - ROM , Floppy . Then , off the computer memory ( RAM ) and replace it in another slot or use another computer's memory . This may be repeated several times , until there are signs of life ...
•  If the CPU is already visible work , hard drive spinning and the CPU LED lights flashing but no monitor zoom , the possibility VGA ( Graphics Card ) problematic computer . Try replacing them with another VGA or VGA check on another computer ( This is if VGA is not so one with the motherboard ).
